Rosalie is the newest team member at Fair Work Lawyers, joining the firm as a Law Graduate initially in January 2023, Rosalie quickly moved into a solicitor role. A graduate of the Flinders University (Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice and Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology)) Rosalie has shown an aptitude for Employment law and a keen interest in Industrial relations.

Coming from a marketing and IT background Rosalie has proven herself an invaluable asset to the firm with her technological know how aiding in the smooth presentation of our in-house training sessions as well as our online presence.

Rosalie’s expanding skillset and areas of interest include:

• Building and Construction disputes,
• Return to Work matters,
• Contract disputes and review,
• Industrial relation matters, and
• Employment matters.

Working closely with both David Putland and Tom Earls to receive a broad education in all things Employment law, Rosalie is growing into a competent and confident solicitor. We look forward to seeing her flourish in the profession.
