    Tom Earls

    Fair Work Lawyers was founded in 2014 by Tom Earls. Tom has been involved in IR and legal service for fifteen years, representing employees and employers, individually and collectively, in a variety of jurisdictions.

    Dave Putland

    David Putland is a founding partner of Fair Work Lawyers, and has over 13 years experience in the legal industry as a well-regarded advocate and litigator. Was a Member Counsel for the Master Builders Association.

    Tom Spedding

    Thomas (or Tom) is the newest team member at Fair Work Lawyer, joining the firm as a solicitor in February 2022. A graduate of the University of Adelaide (Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts (Politics and International Relations)).

    Sara Pekmez

    Sara Pekmez joined the Fair Work Lawyers team in 2019. Sara is an integral part of Fair Work Lawyers’ team, providing advice and representation across a wide range of matters in both the employment and building and construction sphere.

    Emma Avey

    Emma joined Fair Work Lawyers in early stages of the Covid chaos of 2020, and quickly proved herself to be a reliable, dependable and hard-working solicitor with a passion for industrial relations and employment matters
